The Peterborough Conservation Commission, The Harris Center, and the Monadnock Conservancy are three organizations actively involved in the preservation of natural resources in the Monadnock Region. These three groups have been directly responsible for permanently preserving and protecting thousands of acres of land in southwestern New Hampshire.
